Hippoglow ("we", "our", or "us") develops and publishes mobile apps and games. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use any of our apps and games.

Information We Collect

Our apps and games are designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to operate our apps and display advertisements:

• Device Identifiers: We collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or when prompted by the app.
• Analytics Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as game sessions, scores reached, and app interactions to improve the experience. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Crash Reports: We collect diagnostic data when an app crashes to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information

• We do not collect payment or financial information

Third-Party Services

Our apps and games use the following third-party services that may collect information:

Advertising

Our apps and games display advertisements through third-party ad networks including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. On iOS, you will be asked whether you allow tracking for personalized ads (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized to you.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we request consent before showing personalized advertisements in compliance with GDPR.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps and games may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms.

Children's Privacy

Our apps and games are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps contain no user-generated content and no social or communication features. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Crash reports are retained for 90 days. We do not store any personally identifiable information on our servers.

• CCPA (California users): Right to know what data is collected, right to delete, right to opt-out of sale (we do not sell data).
